Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how COINTRENCH.FUN (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use cointrench.fun and related tools (the “Service”). We keep this short and clear. Blockchain activity is public by design — anyone can look up transactions on Solana explorers.
1. Who this covers
This Policy covers our website and APIs. It does not cover wallets (Phantom, etc.), Solana itself, block explorers, or other apps you open in another tab. Those have their own policies.
2. What we collect
You may give us: token names, symbols, descriptions, images, links, and messages you send to support.
Wallet & chain data: public wallet addresses you connect; deposit addresses we assign; payment amounts, times, and transaction IDs related to use of the Service. Anything confirmed on Solana is public forever.
Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages used, basic logs, and cookies or local storage needed for the site (wallet choice, drafts, security).
We do not want: your seed phrase, private keys, or recovery words. Never type those into our site or email them to us.
3. How we use it
- Run the Service (deposits, payment checks, fees, operations).
- Keep the site safer (abuse detection, rate limits, fraud checks).
- Fix bugs and improve the product.
- Reply when you contact support.
- Follow the law and enforce our Terms.
4. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service.
- The public blockchain when you send a transaction.
- Advisers (legal/accounting) under confidentiality when needed.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor if the project is sold or reorganized.
We don’t sell your personal information for cash. Public chain data isn’t “sold” by us — it’s already public.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential storage so the site remembers wallet connection, form drafts, and similar basics. You can clear site data in your browser; that may reset drafts. Deposit records on our servers (if any) stay as needed to run payments correctly.
6. How long we keep data
We keep payment and deposit records as long as needed to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. Logs are kept for a limited operational period unless we need them longer for security or law. We can’t delete data that lives only on the blockchain.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards (HTTPS, access limits, server secrets). No system is perfect. You’re responsible for locking down your own wallet and devices.
8. Where data is processed
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information may cross borders.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, or object to certain processing. Email support@cointrench.fun. We may need to verify the request. We can’t erase public blockchain history.
10. Kids
The Service is for adults (18+). We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
12. Contact
Privacy questions: support@cointrench.fun. Never send seed phrases or private keys.
